Track record

Nexosponsor is led by Pablo Costa, a Private Equity and M&A specialist with 15 years of experience at Investindustrial and Morgan Stanley, supported by experienced partners and team members.

Throughout his career, he has completed over 30 corporate transactions, specializing in mid-market private equity deals, add-ons, board roles, portfolio oversight, and refinancings.

Before founding Nexosponsor in 2024, he worked in Private Equity at Investindustrial (Spain) and in Investment Banking and M&A advisory at Morgan Stanley (London). He is based in Barcelona and holds an Industrial Engineering degree and a Master’s in Finance.
